Position Summary We’re seeking a Fractional COO to create structure, systems, and financial clarity across multiple brands. Ideal for an experienced operations leader who enjoys building order and driving results in fast-moving environments. Key Responsibilities • Create accountability charts and clear reporting lines • Build KPI dashboards and financial visibility • Document 5 SOPs (sales, ops, service, marketing, finance) • Run Level 10 meetings weekly • Coach team on accountability • Prep company for investor readiness Qualifications Required • 5+ years in operational leadership (COO, VP Ops, Director) • Multi-unit or multi-brand experience • EOS/Traction or Six Sigma background • Strong P&L and KPI skills Preferred • Experience in hospitality, events, or experiential companies • High-growth startup background • Investor relations or fundraising experience
