As a Video Coordinator, Complex Fulfillment, you will manage the end-to-end video production process, ensuring high-quality client orders and excellent service. Responsibilities Check video jobs into internal systems Convert media formats to meet department standards Synchronize video to transcripts and hyperlink exhibit files Process all Complex client orders accurately and on time Create transcript production media types for transcript deliverables Prioritize work effectively to meet job due date targets Collaborate with team members to ship deliverables on schedule Create clients for life by being proactive, responsive, and respectful in every interaction Perform other duties as assigned Skills High School Diploma or GED required Familiarity with bolthires Office Suite Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Detail-oriented Able to plan work effectively Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Must maintain regular attendance Able to work under pressure Available to work weekends as necessary Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to push, bend, kneel, and crouch as needed Knowledge of digital media, video encoding, and authoring Company Overview Esquire, a national provider of remote and in-person deposition management solutions, court reporting services, and technology, helps law firms, insurance companies, and corporate legal departments get depositions right every time.
