About the position Responsibilities β’ Lead end-to-end creative development of print and digital marketing communications, ensuring messaging aligns with strategy and elevates brand storytelling across the customer journey. β’ Drive integrated content strategy and execution across brand channels, guiding junior creatives to produce cohesive, high-quality output. β’ Own adaptation of brand voice, ensuring consistency across platforms. Craft compelling, audience-focused copy and adapt tone as platforms, audiences, and strategic priorities evolve. β’ Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, partnering with traffic/project managers to prioritize tasks and optimize resources. Requirements β’ Bachelorβs degree in English, Journalism, or related field. β’ 7+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team; retail experience preferred. β’ Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills; food writing experience a plus. β’ Portfolio showcasing compelling, diverse creative work across multiple channels and mediums. β’ Experience with SEO and content strategy, plus strong research and analytical skills. Nice-to-haves β’ food writing experience a plus. β’ retail experience preferred.
