I am currently working with a fast-growing firm based out of New York who are actively seeking multiple Corporate Attorney’s to join their team as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

- The Role
- Advise on Debt Financing Transactions: Represent lenders and borrowers in connection with credit facilities, leveraged finance transactions, acquisition financing, and refinancing matters.
- Draft, Review, and Negotiate Financing Documents: Including credit agreements, loan agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related collateral documentation.
- Conduct Due Diligence and Support Transaction Execution: Assist with structuring, negotiating, and closing complex debt financing transactions, including reviewing corporate and financial documentation.
- Ensure Regulatory and Compliance Alignment: Advise clients on compliance with applicable federal and state lending laws, regulatory requirements, and financing-related obligations.

- Corporate Law Experience
- The Package
- Up to $275K Base + Sign on Bonus
- Monthly Performance Related Bonus + End of Year Bonus
- 5-10% of all Matters you work on
