Remote I am currently working with a fast growing firm based out of Manhattan who are actively seeking multiple Corporate Attorney’s to join their team as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

The Role • Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt-financing and corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts. • Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters: including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals. • Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements. The Requirements ✅ • 5+ Years Experience • AMLaw or Large Firm Experience • Corporate Law Experience
The Package • Up to $250K Base • 5-10% of everything you work on • End of Year Bonus • Comprehensive Benefits Package – 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision etc.
