Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager Job Responsibilities Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, BAR and other Federal and State regulations Manage hazardous waste programs and environmental reporting requirements Ensure dealership safety meeting, inspection, and site audit compliance Administer and maintain KPA/ComplyAuto systems and reporting Oversee dealership Sales and F&I compliance programs Ensure all operational dealership documents are correct and legally compliant (i.e. sales forms, buyer’s orders, licensing paperwork, etc.) Develop and deliver safety, compliance, and regulatory training programs Lead corrective action programs and follow-up processes Partner with dealership leadership to promote a consistent safety culture Location: Remote, based out of CA or the Pacific Northwest Hybrid/In-Office options if based out of Orange County, CA or Portland, OR Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience and location In addition to competitive pay, our benefits are designed to support you and your family… Employer-subsidized Medical and Dental insurance, with comprehensive coverage options Company-Paid Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan, and text-based Telehealth A variety of voluntary benefit options, including Short and Long-Term Disability, Vision, Critical Illness, Accident, Pet, as well as additional life insurance for you and your family 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off that begins accruing from Day 1 Exclusive employee pricing for you and your family on parts, service, and vehicles
