We are looking for a hands-on, highly commercial Country Manager to scale our operations in Italy . This is not a corporate “country overseer” role. Full commercial ownership: revenue, team, P&L and local execution. You will be responsible for scaling the market while maintaining CM3 positive: defining strategy, leading a local sales team, and owning performance end-to-end. You will operate as the local CEO of the market. What You’ll Be Responsible For Define and execute strategy Build team structure and processes for future growth Scale revenue, clients (growth) while balancing profitability Revenue Ownership Full responsibility for revenue targets Forecasting and pipeline management Sales process design and optimisation Define KPIs and performance metrics Team Building Hire, train and lead with the help of Human Resources: SDRs BDRs CSMs Develop Team Leaders as the team scales Build a high-performance commercial culture P&L & Operations Own local P&L Budget management and resource allocation Define unit economics and margin targets Work cross-functionally with HQ (marketing, product, finance)
