Coupa Consultant – Remote | Contract-to-Hire

- What You’ll Do:
- Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and external consultants to maximize Coupa adoption and support it across the organization.
- Serve as the go-to Coupa SME and administrator working across multiple initiatives and technology stacks.
- Analyze business requirements, map processes to Coupa, and perform fit/gap assessments to guide system design.
- Build best-in-class application packaging and deployment strategies.
- Document detailed process flows and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support data conversions for master and transactional data.
- Lead business discovery, user training, and implementation sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support to drive adoption and optimize configuration.
This role offers a 6-month contract-to-hire, fully remote position with the chance to solve real business challenges in a dynamic environment.
- What You Bring:
- 3+ years of Coupa experience translating complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong Coupa administration.
- Strong background with customized integrations, including exposure to NetSuite integrations.
- Ability to work across multiple platforms, tools, and project types.
- Solid understanding of business processes and application design.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and a consultative approach.
- Project management or implementation methodology experience.
- Experience in distribution environments and translating that knowledge into creative solutions.
- A “jump-in-where-needed” mindset.
