The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Manage day-to-day accounting functions for multiple clients
Perform accurate bank reconciliations and account balancing
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks Online
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
Support tax preparation and accounting compliance processes
Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial matters
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and client communication

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience REQUIRED
Accounting firm experience strongly preferred
Strong expertise with QuickBooks Online – MUST
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience performing bank reconciliations
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
CPA license is required
