The client is a property owner seeking a part-time Sales & Outreach Virtual Assistant to manage cold outreach efforts to property owners, landowners, and contractors.Requirements
- 2+ years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
- Strong experience using a sales dialer (required)
- Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native accent required ā Level A/B)
- Confident and persuasive phone presence
- Strong email writing skills for professional follow-ups
- Experience working with property owners, contractors, or real estate prospects (preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent outreach activity
