Position Summary
The Journeyman Electrician should possess electrical knowledge/experience.
Essential Functions
Ā Fabricate and install wire-way hangers, Install conduit below and above ground. install assorted sizes and types of cables (thru and local) for lighting, communications, control, power, electronics,
Ā Installation of components (terminal boxes, switches, controllers, wiring harnesses, cabinets etc.) for the various electrical systems.
Ā Install main power switchboards and electrical equipment, cut in and hookup cables for installed components.

Requirements
Position Qualifications
Required:
Ā Previous electrical/electronic trade experience or training
Ā This position is physically demanding and requires the individual to be able to frequently carry up to 25 lbs. and push/pull more than 25 lbs.
Ā Must be able to work all shifts.
Ā Must be available to work at heights, confined spaces, and extreme temperature conditions as required.
Preferred:
Ā Blueprint/electrical schematic reading and interpretation skilled.
Ā Electrical/electronic trades training/basic electrical knowledge
Ā No electrical license required.
Ā High school diploma/GED; additional preference given for Vocational, Technical and Community Colleges or Apprentice programs.
Education & Experience
Education: Applicable journeyman licensure requirements
Experience: 5 years
Computer Skills: Word, Excel, and Adobe
Certificates & Licenses: Journey or Master electrician
