Job Description
- *Creative Director / Performance Ad Operator (Meta + YouTube) for Fast-Scaling Ecom Brands**
We are looking for a high-level creative operator who can help us develop winning ad creative across multiple fast-growing eCommerce brands and products.
This role is for someone who understands that great ad creative is not just design — it is performance, psychology, hooks, pacing, and conversion.
- You should have strong experience creating ads specifically for:
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
- YouTube
- Direct response eCommerce offers
- ### What we need:
- Ability to develop ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and angles that convert
- Experience working with UGC, direct response, VSL-style creative, and performance-driven ad formats
- Ability to analyze winning ads and quickly iterate new concepts
- Strong understanding of what drives CTR, hold rate, thumb-stop rate, and conversion
- Experience working across multiple product categories is a major plus
- ### Ideal candidate:
- Has worked on brands spending meaningful budgets on Meta and/or YouTube
- Understands both brand creative and aggressive performance creative
- Can think strategically, not just execute
- Moves quickly and communicates clearly
- Understands testing volume and how to create many angles efficiently
- ### Bonus if you have:
- Experience scaling eCommerce brands past 7–8 figures
- Familiarity with subscription offers, upsells, and funnel-based selling
- Experience identifying winning hooks from customer psychology and market behavior
### Important:
Please include examples of ads or brands you have worked on, especially campaigns that materially improved performance.
We are looking for someone long-term who can become deeply involved across several brands, not just a one-off freelancer.
