We’re looking for a results-driven closer to turn conversations into signed deals.
You will be provided with pre-qualified creators and direct contact points — meaning you won’t need to spend time searching, prospecting, or finding leads.
Your role is to reach out, build rapport, and close deals.
- For those who want to go further, you’ll also have the option to source your own creators for additional commission.
- *What You’ll Do
- Reach out to assigned creators via DM, email, or other platforms
- Start and manage conversations confidently
- Build trust and clearly communicate our offer
- Handle objections and guide creators toward a decision
- Close deals and secure agreements
- Track outreach and follow-ups
- *What We Provide
- Pre-qualified creators and contact lists (no sourcing required)
- Messaging frameworks and scripts
- A clear, proven offer
- Backend support (strategy, fulfillment, talent management)
- Compensation
- 20% commission on every deal you close
- +10% bonus commission on deals where you source the creator yourself (optional)
- No cap on earnings
- Paid per successful signed deal
- Commission is structured so you can focus on closing, while fulfillment, talent management, and strategy are handled internally.
