Role Overview
We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to lead the growth of PixelComet's creator ecosystem. This role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and building long-term relationships with independent filmmakers, studios, and content creators.
The ideal candidate understands the creator economy, film industry, or digital media platforms and has experience in creator acquisition, partnerships, or influencer marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Acquisition
Identify and onboard independent filmmakers and content creators to the PixelComet platform
Develop outreach strategies to attract creators from platforms like Vimeo, YouTube, and film communities
Build relationships with film schools, production houses, and indie creators
Partnerships
Establish partnerships with film festivals, production studios, and creator communities
Collaborate with influencers and filmmaker networks to promote PixelComet
Creator Community Development
Build and manage a strong creator community
Organize creator programs, competitions, and promotional campaigns
Support creators with onboarding, platform education, and monetization strategies
Platform Growth
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to grow the creator ecosystem
Track key metrics such as creator onboarding, content uploads, and engagement
Develop initiatives to increase creator retention and satisfaction
QualificationsRequired
3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or digital media platforms
Strong understanding of the creator economy or entertainment industry
Experience with creator outreach and partnership development
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven with the ability to work in a startup environment
Preferred
Experience working with filmmakers, production houses, or streaming platforms
Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Experience building creator communities or partnerships
