Vontier is a global industrial technology company, and they are seeking a Credit Representative I to service customers and franchisees in a call center environment. The role involves handling inbound calls to establish lines of credit and maintaining professional interactions with customers and team members. Responsibilities Receive inbound calls to input data necessary to establish a line of credit or determine that credit cannot be extended Maintain professional interaction with all Matco Tools personnel, distributors, and customers at all times Build and maintain solid relationships with the above mentioned Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity and quality goals Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and work shifts Other duties as assigned Skills High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
