HubSpot to Go High Level Data Migration (Clean & Organised Import)

We are looking for someone to help migrate our contact database of around 70,00 from HubSpot to GoHighLevel.

This should be a straightforward project for someone who has done CRM imports before.

What We Need:

• Export contacts from HubSpot

• Clean the data (remove duplicates, fix formatting issues, standardise fields)

• Ensure tags and custom fields are properly mapped

• Import everything correctly into GoHighLevel

• Recreate basic lists / segmentation

• Double-check that all contacts are organised correctly after import

We don’t need a full marketing strategy rebuild — just clean, organised data moved properly from one platform to the other.

Requirements:

• Experience with HubSpot and GoHighLevel

• Comfortable working with CSV files and field mapping

• Detail-oriented and organised

• Able to complete the task efficiently
