CRM Training & Onboarding Consultant (Food Manufacturing / CPG)
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on CRM consultant to help our company identify, select, and implement the right CRM platform for our business — not just to deploy software, but to design and integrate an enterprise system that truly aligns with our workflows and scales with us.
This role will work closely with us and lead the process from conception and platform selection through configuration, adoption, training, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring strong alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
What we are seeking:
Proven experience evaluating and implementing CRM platforms for food manufacturing/CPG-driven organizations
Strong ability to design and manage end-to-end workflow integrations (order entry, invoicing, accounting, operations, and reporting) in multi-level environments
Expertise in sales opportunity optimization, including pipeline structure, forecasting, deal velocity, and opportunity prioritization
Experience configuring CRM tools to support product launches, NPD, and seasonal initiatives
Familiarity with EDI readiness, distributor/retailer integrations, and compliance considerations
Demonstrated success driving user adoption through hands-on training and change management
Ability to support ongoing CRM optimization and maintenance post-launch
