This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a CRM Strategist β HubSpotto help design, optimize, and scale CRM systems that support revenue growth and operational efficiency. They operate within the digital marketing and revenue operations space and have built a strong reputation over the past few years for delivering scalable, data-driven solutions to growing businesses. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and strategic side of HubSpot and enjoys working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams. Responsibilities β’ Lead large-scale HubSpot implementation and optimization projects aligned with client business and RevOps goals. β’ Own the configuration, structure, and ongoing management of HubSpot CRM environments across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations. β’ Design CRM architectures that support the full customer lifecycle, from lead acquisition through retention. β’ Translate business requirements into scalable workflows, automations, pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, and reporting. β’ Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy, keeping ROI and client outcomes as a top priority. β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support. β’ Identify strategic opportunities to expand project scope and recommend complementary services when appropriate. β’ Stay informed on HubSpot product updates, industry trends, and best practices to keep client solutions future-ready. β’ Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support long-term scalability and team knowledge sharing. β’ Mentor CRM Specialists and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Requirements β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience building and optimizing solutions within the HubSpot platform. β’ Proven experience leading HubSpot or CRM implementation projects in a strategic role. β’ Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation logic, data modeling, and reporting. β’ Experience working with integrations, data mapping, and CRM migrations at a strategic level. β’ Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail. β’ Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. β’ Solid understanding of RevOps concepts across marketing, sales, and customer success. β’ Experience working in remote, fast-paced, client-facing environments. β’ HubSpot certifications preferred or willingness to obtain (Trainer, Marketing, Sales, Service, RevOps).
