Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to evaluate and improve a website that is not currently converting visitors into leads as effectively as it should.
The ideal candidate will review our website from both a UX and marketing perspective and identify opportunities to increase conversions (form submissions, contact requests, etc.). This project will begin with a full site audit and actionable recommendations, with the potential for ongoing optimization work.
Scope of Work
- Perform a full conversion audit of our website
- Identify barriers preventing visitors from converting
- Review user flow, messaging, CTAs, forms, and page layout
- Evaluate landing pages and lead capture elements
- Provide a prioritized list of recommendations to improve conversions
- Suggest A/B testing opportunities
- Recommend improvements for copy, layout, and UX where applicable
Deliverables
- Conversion audit report
- Clear, prioritized list of optimization opportunities
- Suggested testing roadmap
Optional: mockups or wireframes for improved page layouts
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience with Conversion Rate Optimization for lead generation websites
- Strong understanding of UX, customer journey, and conversion psychology
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Clarity, or similar
- Experience improving form conversions and landing page performance
- Ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations (not just general feedback)
Nice to Have
- Experience optimizing professional services or law firm websites
- Copywriting or landing page optimization experience
- Experience running A/B tests
