Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to evaluate and improve a website that is not currently converting visitors into leads as effectively as it should.

The ideal candidate will review our website from both a UX and marketing perspective and identify opportunities to increase conversions (form submissions, contact requests, etc.). This project will begin with a full site audit and actionable recommendations, with the potential for ongoing optimization work.

Scope of Work

  • Perform a full conversion audit of our website
  • Identify barriers preventing visitors from converting
  • Review user flow, messaging, CTAs, forms, and page layout
  • Evaluate landing pages and lead capture elements
  • Provide a prioritized list of recommendations to improve conversions
  • Suggest A/B testing opportunities
  • Recommend improvements for copy, layout, and UX where applicable

Deliverables

  • Conversion audit report
  • Clear, prioritized list of optimization opportunities
  • Suggested testing roadmap

Optional: mockups or wireframes for improved page layouts

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience with Conversion Rate Optimization for lead generation websites
  • Strong understanding of UX, customer journey, and conversion psychology
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Clarity, or similar
  • Experience improving form conversions and landing page performance
  • Ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations (not just general feedback)

Nice to Have

  • Experience optimizing professional services or law firm websites
  • Copywriting or landing page optimization experience
  • Experience running A/B tests
