    Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer support and ensure a memorable customer experience
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Develop and maintain a customer database, source and develop client referrals
  • Make presentations of our products and services to current and potential clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
  • Outfit Service Technicians and make sure products are allocated correctly
  • Answer and Schedule Service Calls
  • Process Paperwork on Service Calls
    Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a successful CSR (Call Center or Security monitoring experience is a BIG plus)
  • Excellent customer focus, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills including experience moving between multiple computer screens while entering data
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to quickly learn new software, interfaces, and systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Customer-first mentality
  • "I can do" attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
