Provide outstanding customer support and ensure a memorable customer experience
Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
Develop and maintain a customer database, source and develop client referrals
Make presentations of our products and services to current and potential clients
Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships
Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
Outfit Service Technicians and make sure products are allocated correctly
Answer and Schedule Service Calls
Process Paperwork on Service Calls

At least 2 years of experience as a successful CSR (Call Center or Security monitoring experience is a BIG plus)
Excellent customer focus, verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Proficiency with basic computer skills including experience moving between multiple computer screens while entering data
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to quickly learn new software, interfaces, and systems
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Customer-first mentality
