<p><h2> Internship Opportunity </h2><p> We are looking for an intern to join our Culture, Equity, and Belonging team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks and will work closely with the Chief Equity & Belonging Officer, Program Manager, and Program Coordinator to support team goals. </p><p> This internship position is a time-limited, temporary position with a start date and orientation on... The total number of hours that an intern can work during this timeframe is 250 hours. </p><h3> Responsibilities </h3><ul><li> Update and/or revise the CEB Sharepoint site </li><li> Create PowerPoint presentations and revise and organize existing presentations </li><li> Create and maintain a CEB calendar of events </li><li> Create and maintain a system for tracking CEB initiatives and projects such as Inclusion Networking Groups, the Culture and Belonging Champions, the Caring Fund and the Community Impact Council </li><li> Create a system for electronic report management (weekly, quarterly and board reports)</li><li> Act as backup for managing mailboxes </li><li> Administrative duties as assigned </li></ul><h3> Requirements </h3><ul><li> Comprehensive skills in Microsoft 365/Office </li><li> Strong communication and organizational skills </li><li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li> Ability to generate ideas and tools for efficiency </li></ul><h3> Education </h3><p> Required: Must be in process of a college-level degree in a related field and a student in good standing.
