We guide clients toward sustainable weight loss, self-trust, and confidence through a transformational 7-session program. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled curriculum writer with expertise in nutrition, health education, and behavioral change to complete the development of our 7-session Healthfull program. This person will translate session outlines into a comprehensive, engaging, and science-backed curriculum.
Key Responsibilities: Complete the development of the 7-session Healthfull curriculum based on provided outlines. Incorporate scientific evidence to support teaching points and recommendations. Provide real-life examples, case studies, and scenarios that illustrate key concepts. Create actionable exercises, reflection prompts, and interactive activities for each session. Suggest ways to use visuals, props, or pictures to demonstrate concepts and facilitate practice. Ensure the curriculum is client-friendly, practical, and easy to follow.
Collaborate with the Healthfull team to align content with our philosophy and brand voice. Qualifications: Background in nutrition, health education, wellness coaching, or related field. Strong understanding of behavioral change, sustainable weight management, and mindful eating principles. Experience creating educational content, workshops, or coaching programs. Ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible, engaging, and practical way. Attention to detail and commitment to evidence-based practices.
Deliverables: Fully written curriculum for all 7 sessions, including exercises, examples, and visual aids suggestions. Clear, actionable instructions for interactive practice and demonstrations. References or citations for scientific information used.
