- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in-person, offering solutions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on company policies and offerings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales.
- Proficiency in English, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing customer needs.
- Bilingualism in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and data entry procedures.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and company policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
