Qualifications: • Across three years of working in retail operations and customer assistance, responsibilities included managing daily tasks effectively and attending to the requirements of clients promptly • One year of managing a team • Displayed mastery in assembling, structuring, and managing elite teams • Passion for interacting with customers and motivating them to join the Nike Membership platform • Digital literacy involves a proactive mindset for continuous learning and swift adaptation to keep up with technology's changing needs • Being adaptable and open to working a variety of shifts, such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the organization's needs • Applicants need to demonstrate the physical ability to rotate, bend, stoop, stretch, climb a ladder, and stand for long periods, with or without the needed support.
