Job Summary
The Customer Acquisition Specialist will be a key contact between our company and its current & potential customers. This position involves contacting new potential clients, setting appointments, business referrals, and working closely with outside sales representatives to provide a pathway to dealership contracts. Must be very energetic, well-spoken, have an ability to get commitments based on interest, and eager to increase revenue.
This is a remote position.
- ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting appointments for outside Territory Managers
- Activations/Reactivations of customer contracts
- Consistently meet set activity metrics
- Consistently manage large amounts of outbound and inbound calls
- Follow set communication talk tracks when handling different topics
- Identify dealership needs, clarify information, and clearly communicate important next steps
- Quickly build rapport and engage customers on the phone
- Attend and actively participate in individual and team training
- Meet all company assigned goals
- Perform other duties as assigned

- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
