Job Summary:
The Customer Care Administrator will coordinate services with care and empathy and provide exceptional support to patients, clients, and staff.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
Β Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients.
Β Responsible for answering and routing incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment assessing and appropriately responding to customerΒs information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner.
Β Process appointment assignments through company navigation software.
Β Maintains excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community.
Β Always maintain patient and family confidentiality.
Β Provides a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assists with program information.
Β Continually builds trust with community partners.
Β Promotes leadership and teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Β High school diploma or GED
Β Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
Β Excellent typing and computer skills.
Β Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Β Knowledge of HIPPA compliance regulations.
