As a Customer Experience Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and instant message to provide exceptional support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.   • Provide customer support via phone, email, and instant message to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Troubleshoot customer problems and identify the root cause of the issue.

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates as needed.
  • *Qualifications**
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Typing 25 WPM.
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
  • Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stay composed and objective.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
