Looking for Customer & HR Data Analyst Location:
Remote Description Serve as the critical link between raw HR/customer data and business decision-making. This position emphasizes data interpretation, business context, and clarity not pipeline engineering or dashboard production. Key Responsibilities β’ Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate HR and customer data into actionable insights. β’ Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data from: o Workday HR system o Customer Central o Customer Data Warehouse o Toyota Big Data Platform β’ Metadata Discovery & Data Readiness: o Validate intake requests for new data o Refine business definitions and descriptions o Ensure data completeness and accuracy β’ Business Context: Provide clear explanations for data elements, hierarchies, and relationships across multiple systems.
β’ Subject-Matter Advisor: Guide teams in understanding what the data represents and how it should be used. Technical Environment β’ Toyota Big Data Platform on AWS (primarily S3-based storage) β’ SQL-based querying tools (e.g., DB Visualizer or similar) β’ Exposure to web services and APIs for data exchange and integration Requirements β’ Strong domain expertise in HR and customer data processes β’ Hands-on experience with Workday data (no training ramp provided) β’ Working knowledge of: β’ o SQL and data querying concepts β’ o AWS services (S3 required; ECS/EKS and AWS SDK are a plus) β’ Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus, but not a primary focus β’ β’ Additional Requirements β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (American English) β’ Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding β’ Remote role; must be available during Central Time business hours Apply tot his job
