You'll serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. With excellent communication skills, you'll review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, responding to customers either on the phone or via written communications. Collaboration skills are also essential, as you'll partner with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values * Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers * Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, responding to customers either on the phone or via written communications * Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner * Provide exceptional customer service, upholding our goals of delivery through the execution of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism * Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Available Work Shifts** * Monday-Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm (EDT) * Sunday-Thursday, 10:00am to 6:30pm (EDT) * Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00am to 6:30pm (EDT) **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: * Minimum: $17.00 * Maximum: $27.90 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
