<p><strong>Customer Sales Associate</strong></p><p>Birmingham, AL</p><p>Full-Time | In-Person</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Face-to-Face Customer Sales Role</strong></p><p>The Embark Agency is hiring a Customer Sales Associate to support customer acquisition campaigns in Birmingham through face-to-face sales interactions inside retail locations and promotional event spaces.</p><p>The role focuses on helping customers learn about telecommunications services and guiding them through service options through professional in-person conversations.</p><p>Our team delivers sales & marketing campaigns designed to connect brands directly with customers through live engagement and product demonstrations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p>As a Customer Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage customers face-to-face at retail locations and live promotional events, and to guide them through available products and offers while completing sales.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Daily responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Greeting and engaging shoppers at retail locations and promotional event setups to introduce featured products or brand promotions</li><li>Starting natural conversations with customers to understand their interests and identify potential sales opportunities</li><li>Demonstrating product features or explaining service offers in a clear, engaging, and informative way</li><li>Answering customer questions about pricing, promotions, product details, or purchase options</li><li>Guiding interested customers through the purchasing or sign-up process using digital tablets or mobile systems</li><li>Recording sales activity and customer interactions to track personal performance and sales progress</li><li>Maintaining a professional brand presence at event setups, promotional displays, or retail activation spaces</li><li>Participating in daily team briefings focused on product knowledge, communication skills, and sales coaching</li></ul><p>This position is fully customer-facing and face-to-face, requiring strong communication skills, confidence interacting with new people, and the ability to represent brands professionally in busy retail and event environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Training & Development</strong></p><p>The position includes structured training focused on:</p><ul><li>Face-to-face customer communication</li><li>Sales conversation techniques</li><li>Product knowledge and service presentation</li><li>Performance tracking and goal setting</li></ul><p>Coaching and mentorship are provided to support continuous skill development.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>This role is suited to candidates who:</p><ul><li>Are comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face environments</li><li>Have strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Enjoy working toward measurable sales goals</li><li>Have experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or customer service</li><li>Are interested in developing professional sales skills</li></ul><p>Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
