Ideal for someone with a bookkeeping background who is looking for a part-time, work-from-home opportunity!

Hours: Initially 20 to 30 hours/wk (part-time) growing to a full-time position (40 hours/wk)

Start Date: March 2, 2026

Rate: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience (W-2 Employee)

Key Revenue Driving Responsibilities and Success Metrics

    #1 Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal team members for the Profit Partner and manage meeting follow up, including:
  • Saving transcripts,
  • Analyzing in AI tool to save summaries, action items and testimonials

Success Metric: Ensure the onboarding meetings and recurring meetings are scheduled 24 hours after the contract is signed and that no client waits more than 2 weeks for first calls; Follow up activities are done within 24 hours after the meeting.

    #2 Maintain Workflow and Set up Systems to Onboard New Clients and support existing clients
  • Maintain pipeline in GHL, moving the client as they complete steps in the process
  • Create tasks in our project management system and folders in Microsoft systems.
  • Monitor and track client deadlines, action items, and follow-up tasks with clients.

Success Metric: GHL pipeline is managed daily, onboarding tasks are completed within 24 hours after contract is signed, coordination with client and Profit Assistant and Profit Partner is done daily

    #3 Assist Profit Partner and Profit Assistant with preparing Cash Flow Forecasts and other services
  • Pull data from client files, including accounting systems, bank records, email communications
  • Assemble data into Cash Flow Model and review for accuracy
  • After review by YPT team, send reports to clients

Success Metric: Complete data collection and Cash Flow Model updates by 11am Central on Monday with 95% accuracy. Reports emailed to clients based on schedule set by YPT team

  • Team Shadow Day to test drive the role and team fit/culture (4-6 hours paid @ $120 flat rate)
  • Pass background and credit check
