Work from home and provide superior customer service in an emergency contact/call center environment through phone and other channels of correspondence.
Ā Handle questions and concerns regarding weather related emergencies with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
Ā Communicate and provide accurate answers to resolve end-users' questions and concerns.
Ā Display empathy, have a passion for customer service excellence, and enjoy helping people, especially those impacted by weather related incidents.
Ā Use a respectful and tactful manner to effectively deal with difficult situations.
Ā Maintain knowledge of systems/applications/products serviced by the contact center.
Ā Ability to follow strict work instructions and procedures.
Ā Adapt to continual changes to work instructions and procedures.
Ā Available for a flexible schedule from 7 AM to 12AM ET, Monday through Sunday.
Ā Attend training as needed.
Ā Listen to performance feedback and integrate suggestions into your... daily tasks.
Ā Demonstrate a strong attendance record and excellent work ethic.

Ā Must be a U.S Citizen
Ā Effective listening & comprehension skills
Ā Ability to closely follow instructions
Ā Outstanding verbal & written communication skills

Ā Proper telephone etiquette
Ā High level of accuracy & attention to detail
Ā Computer literacy, technical aptitude & familiarity with basic office software systems
Ā Ability to work independently & in a team setting
Ā Must be able to pass a Public Trust Background Check
