Job Description:

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
– Basic computer skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
– Provide accurate information about products and services
– Maintain customer records by updating account information
– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and finding the best solution
– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Educational Qualifications:
