- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Expert – Onsite, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately communicating with customers
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- *Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- *Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
- Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms+ Proof of internet speed required+ Clean and quiet workspace
