Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting professionals for a new Customer Service Project Manager position with our High Point, NC client. Our client is a worldwide leading furniture manufacturer and offers a competitive starting salary and excellent benefits. We seek highly motivated individuals with 3+ years of customer service and project management experience. Experience within the... furniture industry is highly preferred.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $20-$24 per hour
Responsibilities
Β Identify and assess customersΒ needs to achieve satisfaction
Β Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Β Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Β Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Β Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Β Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Β Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Β Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
Β Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Β Track record of over-achieving quota
Β Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Β Familiarity with PM systems and practices
Β Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Β Excellent communication and presentation skills
Β Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Β High school degree
Β Hospitality Industry Experience
Β QuickBooks experience preferred
