Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ā Schedule - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3:00pm-11:30pm , Thursday, Friday 11:00pm-7:30am
Ā Opportunity to work additional shifts.
Ā Answers incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
Ā Transfers calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers.
Ā Maintains an above average attendance record.
Ā Follows established standard operating procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
Ā High school diploma required
Ā Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
Ā Ability to work without direct supervision
Ā Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
Ā Can work well with medical staff, veterans and elderly
Ā Has a good work ethic
Ā Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
Ā Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized.
Veterans and previous federal experience encouraged to apply
Must be able to pass an extensive background check
