Why Choose arenaflex?

We invest in your development through ongoing training, mentorship programs, and tuition‑assistance options.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the face of arenaflex. In this role, you will greet guests, handle phone and in‑store orders, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and ensure each pizza is crafted to our exacting standards. You’ll also maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold the professional image that defines arenaflex in Seattle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction: Welcome every customer with a genuine smile, answer questions about the menu, and suggest complementary items to enhance the dining experience.

  • Order Management: Accurately input orders into the register, process payments, and communicate special requests to the kitchen team.

  • Product Consistency: Follow arenaflex preparation guidelines to ensure each pizza meets brand quality and taste expectations.

  • Cash Handling & Tips: Add, subtract, and make change for orders while responsibly handling tip distribution in accordance with company policy.

  • Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the service area, dining space, and prep stations tidy, complying with health‑code regulations and arenaflex standards.

  • Team Collaboration: Support teammates during peak periods, pitch in on secondary tasks, and share ideas for process improvements.

  • Compliance: Adhere to dress‑code and appearance guidelines that reflect the arenaflex brand image.

  • Safety & Physical Demands: Safely lift up to 50 lb, stand, walk, bend, and squat throughout the shift.

Skill Set

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently during high‑volume periods.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order calculations.
