Immediate Customer Service Representative Needed
Exciting Job Opportunity with Room for Advancement - Full Training Provided
Shift: Monday - Friday, flexible between 8 AM - 6 PM (8-hour shift) + must be able to work every other Saturday.
Overtime is available and will be paid at time and a half!
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Overtime Rate: $27/hr
Location: On-site in Norwalk, CT or Milford, CT
Qualifications:
Β Minimum of 2 years of office or customer service experience
Β Proficiency in managing inbound phone calls
Β Microsoft Office proficiency
Β Self-starter with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls from potential customers. Your primary duties will include:
Β Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers
Β Promoting and upselling services and products to drive business growth
Β Providing detailed information about our services and educating customers on how our offerings stand out from competitors
Β Closing sales by processing credit card payments over the phone
Β Accurately entering customer information into our database
