Position Overview – Customer Service Representative (Patrick, NV)

Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound customer orders using arenaflex’s state‑of‑the‑art order management system.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring each interaction reflects arenaflex’s high‑service standards.
- Guide customers through arenaflex’s website and online ordering portal, troubleshooting navigation issues and helping them locate the exact products they need.
- Develop deep product knowledge across a broad catalog of shipping, industrial, and packaging supplies, enabling swift, accurate answers to pricing, availability, and shipping questions.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to resolve order discrepancies, expedite shipments, and address any fulfillment challenges.
