Job Description:
Amazon is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our St Paul, MN location. This position serves as the first point of contact for our customers by providing assistance with inquiries, orders, and service-related issues.
Responsibilities:
– Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and positive manner
– Process customer orders accurately in our ordering system
– Maintain customer records by updating account information
– Deliver knowledgeable answers to questions about products and services
– Facilitate customer communication via email, phone, or chat
Requirements:
– High School diploma or equivalent
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
– Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task

Educational Qualifications:
