Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team at a leading real estate media company. Duties • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels • Provide comprehensive support for clients regarding real estate media services, including scheduling, order status, and technical assistance • Manage data entry tasks accurately within company systems to ensure up-to-date client records • Assist with outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads or client requests • Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions with clients • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and improve overall customer satisfaction • Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow up as needed to ensure resolution • Support the team with additional administrative tasks related to client services as required Requirements • Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services preferred; experience in real estate or media industries is a plus • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable • Proficiency with bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed • Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively and professionally • Demonstrated sales skills and ability to upsell or promote services when appropriate • Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients • Experience with cash handling and transaction processing preferred but not required • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and accountability
