Responsibilities:
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Ā Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner
Ā Provide support to the sales team with order processing and account management
Ā Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā 1-2 years of customer service experience
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
