Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming contacts for Marriott brands via voice, email, and chat
- Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
- Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Must live within 100 miles of Austin, TX CEC
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed
