About the Role:
- Respond to patient inquiries with care, detail, and empathy
- Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits and address concerns
- Document patient interactions in real-time
- Escalate concerns as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED required
- 1 year of relevant experience
- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
