As a Customer Service Senior Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, providing best-in-class customer service to patients, caregivers, manufacturers, and internal and external partners. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, escalating repetitive questions and problems, and making independent judgments to respond to critical reimbursement issues. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining effective relationships with our client base and ensuring the effective delivery of superior customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, manufacturers, and internal and external partners, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Perform data entry tasks in multiple systems, following up via phone, mail, and/or fax for missing enrollment information and documenting interactions accordingly. * Answer inbound calls and adhere to program-approved talking points and/or scripting for all inbound and outbound call interactions. * Understand insurance benefits and experience verifying insurance coverage for commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plans. * Coordinate access to appropriate support services, including reimbursement counseling, Patient Access and Copay Assistance programs, and general support. * Identify and escalate repetitive questions and/or problems to ensure corrective action is pursued and expedited. * Make independent judgments to respond to complex or critical reimbursement issues. * Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** * High School diploma or GED * Ability to maintain effective relationships with client base to ensure the effective delivery of superior customer service. * Ability to resolve customer issues through process expertise without having to escalate to higher levels of management, but also understands when higher-level authorization is required. * Responsible for compiling and maintaining KPI reports for internal and external clients. * Friendly, confident disposition, passion for talking on the phone, inquisitive and helpful nature, and a natural sense of curiosity. **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make independent judgments and escalate complex issues when necessary. * Proficiency in data entry and ability to navigate multiple systems. * Strong understanding of insurance benefits and experience verifying insurance coverage for commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plans. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * arenaflex is committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your career. * As a Customer Service Senior Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and internal stakeholders, developing your skills and expertise in customer service, problem-solving, and communication. * arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and well-being and behavioral health programs, as well as 401(k) with company match, company-paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * arenaflex is a dynamic and fast-paced organization that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. * Our team is passionate about making a meaningful impact on people's lives, and we are committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering. * arenaflex offers a flexible work environment, with the option to work from home occasionally or permanently, as long as you have a reliable internet connection. **Compensation and Perks:** * Competitive hourly rate of $17.98 - $26 USD per hour, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. * Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and well-being and behavioral health programs. * 401(k) with company match, company-paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
