SimpleFeed is a rapidly growing technology company with a backlog of top media company customers who want to get their content distributed to leading websites and mobile apps such as Apple News, MSN, SmartNews, etc. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to deploy new customers and help existing customers realize more value from these syndication channels. This is an opportunity to work with a small team at the intersection of media, technology and internet business models.
Requirements include:
ย 2 yearsย experience working in the media or in technology industry
ย Undergraduate degree
ย Strong written and verbal communications skills
ย Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ย Basic understanding of HTML and XML a plus
ย Interest in media, a must
Responsibilities
ย Manage customer deployment process
ย Attend and eventually lead organizational meeting with customers
ย Work with development to create initial version of implementation
ย Collect comments from customer and work with development to make changes
ย Work with customer and platform with approval issues
ย Post deployment proactively engage with customers to review results
ย Use data driven methodology to improve customer success
ย Introduce customers to new opportunities for further success
ย Work from anywhere with a slight preference for the Eastern Time Zone
