Role Overview: As a Customer Success Specialist and Pharmacy Liaison, you will be the primary contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Onboarding and Training, Customer Support, Relationship Building, Product Expertise, Feedback Collection, Continuous Education, Performance Tracking.

Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally within a compounding pharmacy, healthcare technology, or medical device environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear, empathetic, and supportive manner.
Customer-Focused: A strong dedication to customer success and a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering timely solutions.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology, especially digital health platforms, CRM software, and remote training tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
