- This position combines customer service, travel coordination, and relationship management in a fully remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required — comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.Required Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel accommodations, cruises, tours, and related services
- Provide destination information and personalized travel recommendations
- Coordinate confirmations, updates, and booking changes with travel suppliers
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Resolve service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
- Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Residency in the U.S., U.K., or approved regions
- No previous travel industry experience required — training provided
