As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in crafting exceptional travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients worldwide.
Roles ... Responsibilities:
Β Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries catering to client preferences
Β Review individual needs and wants to tailor trips specifically designed to meet their requirements
Β Participate in ongoing training to earn and maintain travel certification
Β Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations
Β Act as an ambassador for our brand and collaborate with team members
Β Provide suggested budgets for clients and plan trips within budget constraints
Β Create promotional materials for effective marketing
Β Stay updated on changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions
Β Promptly respond to all travel inquiries and effectively manage time when researching trips
Β Handle issues that may arise during bookings or travel for clients
Β Maintain up-to-date information within our software
Β Network with tour operators for potential package offerings to clients
Β Participate in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible
Requirements:
Β Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
Β Fluency in English is required
Β Effective communication skills with a strong sales background as a plus
Β Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory
Β Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Β Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
