As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to customers of our top-tier clients.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional support experiences to customers of our top-tier clients via phone and ticketing systems
  • Follow a written workflow to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of our clients and customers
  • Utilize a friendly tone and positive attitude to build strong relationships with customers
  • Adjust for feedback and help the team to ensure continuous improvement and success
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including first call resolution (FCR), average handle time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
